Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3987) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 403(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to registration and operation of low-speed                                    
     vehicles."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 403(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 403(TRA),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
